Excursion Details:
  • Tour Maine-Montparnasse, also commonly named Tour Montparnasse, is a 210-metre office skyscraper located in the Montparnasse area of Paris, France. Constructed from 1969 to 1973, it was the tallest skyscraper in France until 2011, when it was surpassed by the 231-metre Tour First.
  • As of April 2019, it is the 19th tallest building in the European Union. The tower was designed by architects Eugène Beaudouin, Urbain Cassan, and Louis Hoym de Marien and built by Campenon Bernard. On September 21, 2017, Nouvelle AOM won a competition to redesign the building’s facade.
  • Spectacular views unfold from this 210m-high smoked-glass-and-steel office block, built in 1973. A speedy elevator whisks visitors up in 38 seconds to the indoor observatory on the 56th floor, with multimedia displays. Finish with a hike up the stairs to the 59th-floor open-air terrace.
  • Get a spectacular view of the most iconic Parisian monument from the top of the Montparnasse Tower. The Panoramic Observatory’s height puts it between the second and third floors of the Eiffel Tower, the perfect location for taking photos. The Montparnasse Tower Panoramic Observation Deck offers a 360° view of all of Paris and the Eiffel Tower is the highlight of the show.
